Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members
Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this new photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying various sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
